簡(jiǎn)介:
Poly(trimethyleneterephthalate)(PTT)exhibitsexcellenthighbirefringence,luminoustransmittance,resilienceandprocessingpropertieswhichcanbeappliedinopticalcommunications,fiberandthermoplasticengineering.ThemacroscopicpropertiesofsemicrystallinePTT,suchasdegreeofcrystallizationanddevelopmentofthespheruliteshavecloserelationswithitsmicrostructureandspecificmorphologies.Althoughitiswellestablishedreliabletheoriesenablingthepredictionofcrystallizationkinetics,butchanginginstructureandpropertiesduringcoldcrystallizationhasremainedasubjectofspeculationandcontroversy.Inthisstudy,thedynamicprocessofcoldcrystallizationofamorphousPTTwasinvestigatedbyRamanspectrum.Theinformationofeachphaseduringcrystallization,includinginduction,nucleation,nucleusgrowthandsecondarycrystallizationwasrevealedbyRamanspectrum.TheexperimentalresultsindicatedthatthekineticsparametersmeasuredbytheRamanmethodwereingoodagreementwiththoseobtainedbydifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC).Inaddition,theRamanmethodwascapableofprovidingmoredetailedinformationaboutmoleculemovementandvariationinfinestructures,suchasmoleculearrangementandorientationfluctuationsofrigidsegmentsinthecourseofglasstransitionandcrystallizationinduction.
